About

My name is Marquis Limbrick and I am a dedicated security professional with 12+ years of experience in public safety, access control, emergency response, and security leadership. I have 8+ years of supervisory, management and training experience. I spent 10+ years working in security and public safety in the private sector ranging from corporate security, transit security, mall security, high profile events and more before joining the Tacoma Community College Campus Safety Department in 2023. I was also a Washington State Department of Licensing Certified Security Instructor for 4 years. In addition to my duties as a Campus Safety Officer, I am a part time Instructional Facilitator, teaching Stop the Bleed courses. I am also an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED & BLS Instructor (Contracted) part time. I have a proven ability to design and implement standard operating procedures, post orders, training programs, and security systems to enhance safety and compliance. I have been recognized for service above and beyond, and I am skilled in building strong teams through effective recruiting, training, and mentoring.

I am a Washington State native. I grew up in University Place, Washington my entire life
I enjoy sports, fitness, teaching classes and spending time with my family.
I am married with two children.
