About
As a professor, I teach in the Community Health BAS program at TCC. My public health work focuses on strengthening program capacity for monitoring and evaluation, and building clinical teams' capacity to use continuous quality improvement. Drawing from nearly 20 years of experience in global health systems, public health management, and strategic consulting, I help students bridge the gap between public health theory and real-world systems transformation.
