Dr. Xuan Wang-Wolf, CLRP, has over 18 years of public sector and institutional experience specializing in fiscal management, enterprise compliance, and people leadership. She taught from 2008 to 2018 before returning to the classroom in 2025 to teach business, leadership, writing studies, and humanities courses.

Throughout her career, Dr. Wang-Wolf has spearheaded multi-fund, million-dollar budget oversight and grant compliance, managed contract negotiations and operational compliance, facilitated labor relations, and led cross-functional teams. She has served in key leadership roles, including Founding Director of Online Education at Emory & Henry College, Dean of Learning Innovation and Diversity and Equity Officer at Olympic College, as well as Director of Equity, Leadership, and Development and Legal Liaison at Tacoma Community College. Her work reflects a strategic commitment to financial sustainability, operational compliance, and equity-centered resource allocation.

A Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP), Dr. Wang-Wolf holds a Ph.D. in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from Arizona State University, a Graduate Certificate in Computer-Assisted Instruction, an M.A. and B.A. in English Language and Literature, a Professional Certificate in Employment Law, and an HBS Certificate in Economics for Managers, Financial Accounting, and Business Analytics (Honors).

She enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest with her family and two rescue dogs.
