About

Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Tiffany Liu (she/her), and I am so excited to be part of your nursing faculty team! I’m a nurse educator with clinical experience in pediatrics, emergency care, and public health, and I have a passion for culturally responsive, patient-centered nursing.

My own experience navigating the healthcare system with a chronic condition and as the daughter of immigrant parents from Taiwan, who faced language and cultural barriers, shaped why I became a nurse. These experiences drive my commitment to compassion, prevention, and equity in healthcare, and they’re the values I bring into my teaching.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling to music festivals, spending time with my dog Dulce, and exploring new restaurants.
