I began working with the Enrollment Services office in January 2022 as a Customer Services Specialist, then in September 2023 transitioned to my current role as a Program Specialist II. My main focus is ensuring students Professional Technical, Transitional Studies, and Non-Award Seeking Program Plans are up to date, which helps students, staff, and faculty track degree/certificate requirements for graduation. I also assist with student and third-party Enrollment/Degree Verification requests, updates to student bio-demographic information, and support the training and process development of the Enrollment Services front desk staff.
