About
Dr. Christopher Willett has more than two decades of higher education experience, teaching mathematics, computer science, and occasionally engineering. He as a BA in Mathematics from the University of the South and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Illinois. He has been a Professor of Mathematics at Indiana University and Pierce College before joining the TCC faculty in 2014. After leading the mathematics department as chair, Dr. Willett accepted a position as Dean of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics in January 2023. When not working to support his faculty and students, Dr. Willett can be found training Jiu Jitsu, hiking and camping with his family, and generally failing at hunting, but enjoying it nonetheless.
