About
I consider teaching to be my profession. This means I put a LARGE effort into it. Not just the mechanics of delivering content clearly, but modeling, engaging, and supporting the students. As best I can, I always remember they are moving onwards. My job is to get them where they want to go reliably/faster. I use LOTS of reflection to achieve these goals.
