About

I am the Associate Dean of Basic Education for Adults and formerly taught in the Writing Studies and Adult Basic Education programs as a tenured faculty member. I have a master's degree in English, a master's degree in Leadership in Higher Education, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership. My research interests include adult learning in community and two-year educational institutions, disability justice, queer representation in Victorian literature, and social commentary around non-dominant identities within comic book texts and media.
