Since opening our doors in 1965, Tacoma Community College (TCC) has served as a place of access, learning, support, and transformation. Over the past sixty years, more than half a million students have walked through our halls, enriching our campus and communities with their knowledge, aspirations, and contributions.
As part of our 60th anniversary, this digital exhibition expands on the history featured in our history exhibition. Through photographs and historical highlights, you're invited to explore how TCC has grown alongside and in service to our diverse Tacoma community.
60 years of TCC history are stewarded in the TCC Archives, including photos, publications, interviews, and more. These unique materials will illustrate the college's story with a history exhibition on campus as a celebration of TCC’s 60th anniversary.
