Online Purchases and Reservations
NOTE: Online book purchases will be available soon. We're in the process of updating our online shopping experience.
Processing takes about 3-4 business days once an online order has been submitted. Students that need to purchase supplies throughout the quarter will need to email us to reserve a time and day they can come by to purchase items.
Please understand that we have a very small team working at the Bookstore to maintain healthy working conditions. We are processing online orders as quickly as we can and have limited availability for in-person purchasing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
This is for students who have access to the internet and can pay for their items with a credit or debit card. Students must first click on “Textbooks”. Then they will search for their required textbooks by selecting the correct Term, Course, Class Number, and Section. Next, click on “Find Books”. Students should see which items are listed as required textbooks for each class and can add those items to their cart. Online purchases qualify for free shipping via FEDEX Ground. Please note that it takes about 3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Once the student pays and submits their order, they should receive a confirmation email.
This is for students who have agency accounts to pay for their items (i.e WorkForce, WorkFirst, VA, L&I, etc). Students must first click on “Textbook Reservations” and select “Campus Card”. Students will then need to create an account or guest account to input the term, course, class number, and section they need textbooks for. Students will have the option to add notes if they prefer New or Used books for the quarter. It is important that the student also includes their Agency type in the note box as well. In the checkout menu, please input your Student ID number as the Campus Card Payment. Once the reservation order is submitted, Student’s should receive a confirmation email. Please note that it takes about 3 business days for your order to be processed.
May 24: Book sales begin for Spring Quarter
June 15 - July 15: Bookstore Drive-Up open for Summer Quarter (See times below)
July 15: Last day to return textbooks
July 22: Last day students can use their Agency Accounts to purchase textbooks and supplies
The TCC Bookstore Drive-Up will allow students to pick up orders, reservations, purchase supplies, and return items. The Bookstore is located at the side of the in the side parking lot area of between the Bookstore (Bldg. 11) and Bldg. 12.
Everyone is required to wear a face covering and have their photo ID on hand when picking up online orders/reservations. Student's that want to do a walk up to purchase items with cash, need to have a list of their classes with the class name and section number pre-written/printed.

Important Dates for Returning items purchased for the Spring Quarter:
April 9: Last day to return for 100% refund without proof of dropped /changed class
April 23: Last day to return for 100% refund with proof of dropped/changed class
April 12-16: 75% refund without proof of dropped/changed class
April 19-23: 50% refund without proof of dropped/changed class
No returns or exchanges after April 23, 2021
Items you need returned can be brought to the Bookstore Drive Up during open hours or it can be mailed to the Bookstore at:

With either option, please make sure you have the item, receipt and proof of dropped/changed. Please note refunds can take about 5 -7 business days to show in your bank account.
