Automatic Payment Plan

• Go to www.tacomacc.edu
• Log in to ctcLink Gateway
• Click Student Center
• Click Nelnet Payment Plan

• Automatic bank payment (ACH)
• Credit card/debit card (An additional fee may be assessed.)

Payments are processed automatically on the 5th or 20th of each month.

You must have a minimum balance of $200 to budget through the payment plan.

• $20 enrollment fee per term
• $5 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
• $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Do not sign up for the automatic payment plan if you have financial aid or coverage by a Third Party sponsor. Your classes will not be dropped. However, you will be responsible for any balance if your financial aid or the Third Party does not cover or pay your entire tuition and mandatory fees.

Customer service representatives are available Monday-Thursday from 5:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday from 5:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.
