Submit your application to the Nursing Assistant Certified program
Application Process
If you would like to apply for a spot in our Nursing Assistant Program, here are the steps to get started:
- Become a TCC student and get an ID number
- Review the NAC Program Packet
- Please review the estimated Fees and Costs associated with the Nursing Assistant Program. Find out if you are eligible for Workforce Education Funding or other types of aid at Studentaid.gov.
- Complete the immunizations and/or titers listed in the NAC application packet. Please
read the directions carefully, so that you aren't disqualified. Turn all immunization
documents into electronic files. If you need a declination form, please see below.
- Declination of Influenza Vaccination (if applicable)
- Hepatitis B Declination Form (If you don't have a blood titer showing immunity to Hepatitis B, you MUST submit this document)
- COVID Medical Exemption Form (if applicable)
- COVID Religious Exemption Form (if applicable)
- COVID Personal Exemption Form (if applicable)
- Apply to the NAC program. See below
- If you are accepted in to the cohort, you will be given next step information.
- Get ready to begin classes
Apply to the Nursing Assistant Program
Application cycles will open at 12:00pm on the first day of the application cycle and close at 11:59pm on the last day of the application cycle. All complete applications will be put into a randomizer selection software program. All applicants will receive a status email. If there was an issue with your application, you will be notified so that you can fix it for a future cycle. To avoid mistakes, please read the application instructions carefully.
2025 – 2026 NAC Application Dates:
- Fall Quarter / July 21 – August 4
- Winter Quarter / October 13 – October 27
- Spring Quarter / January 20 – February 2
- Summer Quarter / April 20 - May 4
The application will be available on July 21, 2025 at 12:00pm.
