Accreditation
The Radiologic Sciences program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). A copy of the JRCERT standards is posted in the x-ray simulation lab. All alleged areas of non-compliance can be addressed in writing to:

Licensing
In accordance with U.S. Department of Education Regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v), educational institutions must provide information related to whether their programs will fulfill educational requirements for specific professional licensure or certification and to inform prospective students whether their degree upon graduation will qualify them to work in the state where they are located.
Upon successful completion of the curriculum courses, graduates may be eligible to take the national certification examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). The ARRT has additional criteria that must be met prior to examination. Successful completion of the registry examination results in national certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, RT (R) ARRT.
Additionally, graduates of the Radiologic Science program are eligible for the Radiologic Technologist license through the Washington Department of Health. For license information outside of Washington State, please see the Radiologic Technologist practice laws detailed by state via the link below.
