Emergency Medical Services Applications
Submit your application to TCC's EMS Programs
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certificate Application Process
There are two application cycles per year: Winter + Spring quarters and Summer + Fall quarters. Within the application questionnaire, you can elect to join the lottery for a single quarter, or be placed into the lottery for both quarters. Please monitor the website closely for updates and details for upcoming application windows.
Due to the high volume of interest in the EMT program, TCC will select applicants based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: application completion, location, etc. All others will be randomly selected via a lottery-based system. The lottery selection process is impartial, and all applicants will have an equal chance of being selected.
Important Note: The EMT Certificate program does not qualify for FAFSA/WASFA Funding. You may qualify for Workforce Education Funding and support to help with expenses like tuition, books and fees. Please visit the Workforce Education page for more information.
