Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certificate Application Process

Starting with Winter quarter 2026, there will only be two application cycles per year: Winter + Spring quarters and Summer + Fall quarters. Please continue to monitor the website for updates and details for upcoming application windows.

The lottery selection process is impartial, and all applicants will have an equal chance of being selected.

The application window for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 will be April 1 at 9 a.m. to May 1 at 5 p.m.

Note: Within the application questionnaire, you can elect to join the lottery for a single quarter, or be placed into the lottery for both quarters.
