Tai Chi



Tai Chi combines art, philosophy, kinesthetic science, and personal endeavor into a harmonious blend of activity that can be enjoyed at any relative pace. This is a unique medium of body awareness and self-cultivation. It is designed to improve one’s sensitivity, awareness, health, and mobility. In addition, students will walk away from Tai Chi with fundamental principles of self-defense.
