The following forms are available to all faculty and staff via their TCC Portal. Log in to your TCC portal and select Menu at the top left corner of the screen (displayed as a blue button with three white lines). Select the arrow under College Information. A drop down list appears, select Forms and Publications and Campus Forms Branch. Various tiles appear select Enrollment Services- Faculty and Staff only forms. *Tip: Add this page to your favorites by selecting the option menu at the top right of your screen (displayed as three gray lines).
