It is the policy of the College that the President, President’s Designee, and the Vice President for Administrative Services are authorized to issue checks drawn on College accounts.
This policy provides authorization for college employees to issue checks drawn on College accounts.
To Whom Does This Policy Apply
This policy applies to all employees at the College.
The College President and Vice President for Administrative Services are the authorized signers on checks drawn on College accounts.
The signature of College President and Vice President are provided to the college’s financial institution as authorized signers.
In the absence of the College President, the President designates, in writing, an Acting President. The designee will also have authority to sign on checks drawn on College accounts in their role as Acting President.
