It is the policy of the college that the operation budget will be reviewed quarterly by the Board of Trustees.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure appropriate monitoring of the college operating budget.
To Whom Does This Policy Apply
This policy applies to all employees at the College.
The Vice President for Administrative Services will provide quarterly financial reports at the Board of Trustees Meeting. Financial Reports will be as follows:
October Board Meeting - Year-end closing financial report.
January Board Meeting – Mid-year financial report
April Board Meeting – Third Quarter financial report
College operating budget reports shall display all revenues, encumbrances, expenditures, and balances of the College's operating funds.
