TCC Employee Registration: $109 to attend the Saturday, Nov. 3 classes. Register by Oct. 25.

TCC Gig Harbor’s popular “Write in the Harbor” conference is back for a fourth year! Featuring an inspiring Friday night keynote and book signing and a full Saturday schedule of nuts-and-bolts workshops, the conference always sells out and has consistently earned rave reviews from participants.

This year’s keynote speaker is Dave Boling, a former News Tribune sports columnist who turned to fiction at age 53 when he sensed impending troubles in the newspaper business. Since then he has published two novels, including the award-winning Guernica, three sports books, and two collaborative memoirs.
