What do we do?

The college experience is enhanced by educational events outside the classroom. You may find these events like these in you quarterly calendars:

Multi-Cultural & Education
> From discussion of contemporary issues to ethnic dance performances, there are a variety of activities which promote cultural appreciation.

Entertainment & Community Life
> Each quarter students have many opportunities to watch a musical performance, laugh at a comedian’s antics, or even be hypnotized in the Opgaard Student Center! Several events are planned quarterly to respond to the interests of the campus community, children, and families. Activities include resource fairs, seminars and health information.

Recreation & Wellness
> Ski trips, hiking and rafting are but a few of the outdoor activities available. Groups also can attend Sonics and Mariners games at reduced ticket prices. Intramural sports can include everything from cribbage tournaments to flag football. Blood Drives are also on campus quarterly, giving you a chance to give back to your community.

Media & Design
> Publcity is designed for all events programed by A.S. Productions: flyers, posters, banners and anything else that needs a design is done through this team. This team also manages the Axis Network, uploading flyers onto networked TV screens located throughout TCC, including the Gig Harbor Campus.
