A transcript is a complete record of a student's academic achievement at Tacoma Community College. Unofficial transcripts are available online.
Tacoma Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
Students may also request an official transcript by mail or in person at the Cashiers office in Building 11 or the Enrollment Services Office in Bldg. 7. There is a $2.10 non-refundable fee for each official transcript and $1.00 for each unofficial transcript processed by the college. Please note: At no time may transcripts be requested by telephone, email or fax. Your signature is required to release any information regarding your student records. Payments are made at the Cashier's Office in Bldg 11.

All outstanding fees and/or fines must be paid before transcripts will be released.
Transcripts will not be released to a third-party without written permission of the student. Picture ID is required when ordering or picking up transcripts in person.

Tacoma Community College does not release or certify copies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts reflecting a student's previous secondary and college education which have been submitted to Tacoma Community College are part of the official file and will not be returned to the student. Students desiring transcripts of work completed elsewhere must order transcripts directly from the institution where the work was completed.
