ADVISING SUMMER HOURS

Closed FRIDAY

Drop-in advising hours
starting June 29th:
9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and
3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

BE SURE TO SCHEDULE AN ADVISING APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR ASSIGNED ADVISOR:

During registration periods, the Advising Center is extremely busy. Limited advising services are also available on a walk-in basis from 9 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. To avoid long wait times call the Advising Center at 253.566.6091 to schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor as soon as possible.

• IF you have a FACULTY ADVISOR: Find advising instructions on the Portal

BE PREPARED:

Before you come in to see your advisor please:

• Select courses from the class schedule
• Write down all course choices, including alternatives
• Print your degree audit from the Portal
• Bring your degree audit to your appointment

TO FIND YOUR ADVISOR: (if you are a brand new student)

1. Log on to MyTCC Portal (If you are a brand new student, 24 hours after you register.)
2. Click on the Student Services tab
3. Note the advisor and advising instructions in the lower left corner

If your advisor works in the Counseling & Advising Center, you can set up an appointment with your assigned advisor by calling 253.566.6091. The earlier in the quarter the better!
