Student PCs 

In the Information Commons Computer Lab, 86 Windows Vista computers are available for student use during open lab hours. 

Scanners

Two computers have HP ScanJet scanners attached for scanning text or images into class assignments.

Printers

Each computer prints to a networked HP LaserJet and HP LaserJet Color printer.  The three HP LaserJet 4350 printers in the Information Commons print 55 pages a minute. The HP Color LaserJet prints at 22 pages per minute. Duplex printing is available. 

The cost to print your documents to the LaserJet printers is 10 cents single sided and 15 cents double sided.  Printing to the Color LaserJet costs 45 cents per page.  Most software provides the option of previewing what you are sending to the printer. To preview your print selection select Print Preview from the File menu. You may also print only selected pages by entering the page numbers in the Print Range section of the Print dialog. 

If you have problems printing your document, alert the Lab Staff before trying to print again. 

Projectors

One study rooms is equipped with a projector for you to practice individual or group presentations.
