Payment Methods

Check Cashing Policy

All checks must be imprinted with name and address. Photo ID and Student ID number are required. Written permission is required when name and /or address of purchaser is different from the check. The following apply:

• No out of state checks
• No checks drawn on out of state banks
• No two party checks
• No post dated checks

Financial aid checks may be used to purchase books at the start of each quarter, on a cash available basis. Photo ID is required.

Agency Accounts

Students covered by VA, L&I, DVR, Worksource, or other 3^rd party payers are allowed to make purchases on their account until the end of the seventh week of the quarter. Some accounts like Scholarship and Spruce have early cut-off dates. Check with the bookstore customer service staff for details on your account. Authorizations cover required books and basic supplies only. Backpacks, calculators, software, and optional books are some of the items that need written permission from your agency counselor prior to purchase. A $2.00 minimum purchase is required on all agency accounts. Picture ID is also required.

Students are responsible for any amounts their agency denies payment on.
