TCC's Certification & Testing Center is open to the community and general public.

We provide a comfortable testing environment in a state of the art facility. From typing and administrative tests to mobility tests, we have everything you need to take the next step in your education and career.

Scheduling Test Appointments

Prepare Materials:

  • Test candidates for proctored tests should contact the Certification & Testing Center in advance of the desired test date to provide materials required for the test.
  • Proctor fee payment can be made at the Cashier's office in Bldg. 14, or by telephone at 253.566.6084. Proctor fee is $35 for three hours, $30 for TAXI Exams, $20 for Certiport, and $10 for typing tests.

Same-day/Walk-in Appointments:

  • Certiport, MOS, IC3 and Cortez typing tests are still available as same-day walk-ins.
  • However, if previously scheduled examinees finish earlier than expected and there is low-activity in the testing center, we will close our doors earlier than posted. Please call ahead for testing availability.

Appointment Only Testing:

  • ATI Mobility Test for LPNs is given by appointment.

Testing Hours

Monday: 1-7:30 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday: 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
