Homestay with an American Family

Larson famHomestay is an exciting and unique way to learn about American culture. Our Homestay placements are quarterly commitments (3 months).

For detailed information about our Homestay Program, check our Homestay Handbook.

There are 2 Homestay options at TCC (as of September 1, 2015):

  • Complete Homestay
    $625 per month
3 meals per day, of which the host prepares dinner and the student prepares breakfast and lunch.
  • Shared Homestay
    $475 per month
The host provides a room for the student. The student is responsible for their own food, but can use the kitchen in the homestay to store and prepare meals.

Please note that starting Spring 2015, new students from Fujian Province will have to pay a non-refundable homestay fee for the full quarter within 3 days of arrival.

Steps to Apply for Homestay
