Pong checks her mail.

She opens the letter.

She has an appointment at the housing office.

Pong leaves for her appointment.

Receptionist: Hi, how are you doing?

Pong: Hi, my name is Pong.  I have an appointment for Elizabeth.

Receptionist: Elizabeth?  Ok, just sign in on that schedule right there.

 

Elizabeth: Mrs. Pong?

Pong:Yes.

Elizabeth: Hi, come in.  You had an appointment today?

Pong: Yes.

Elizabeth: Very good, come back to my desk.  How are you this morning?

Pong: Fine, thank you.

Elizabeth: Did you bring the paperwork I mailed to you?

Pong: Yes.

Elizabeth: Very good.  Income verification, that looks good, everything’s signed, very good…your applicant certification paperwork…immigration paperwork, and our privacy act. Very good. Everything’s dated and signed.  Thank you very much for filling out that paperwork. So you have an appointment this morning? All right, let’s get started.
