An endowment provides stability and flexibility for TCC to continue to advance higher education in Pierce County.

With this single act of generosity, your gift will be an ongoing benefit to students. Your donation’s principle contribution remains untouched. Rather, it is invested, and the investment earnings support the programs of your choice.

Endowed Funds Management

TCC Foundation endowment funds are managed by professional investment advisors. The primary objective for the advisors is to conserve and enhance the capital value of the fund in real terms, through asset appreciation and income generation. The investment strategy of the fund is to emphasize total return, which is defined as the aggregate of all returns from capital appreciation and dividend and interest income.
