Campus Network Disruption Update

We have experienced a partial phone outage which may have been or is still affecting your telephone and/or network connection. 

 

We have restored most services, and we are working to fully restore services as soon as possible.

 

If you continue to have issues, please follow these steps:

  • Save all your work and power down your computer.
  • Reboot your telephone by:
    1. Tilting your phone toward you, and pulling the network plug on the right hand side.
    2. You should see your phone screen go blank as your phone is off. 
    3. Wait 10 seconds.
    4. Replace the network plug you removed in step 2a.
  • Your phone is restarting:  Wait approximately 2 minutes until your phone restarts.
  • Make a test call with your telephone.
  • Power your computer back on.
