Faculty and Staff, currently employed at TCC, may reserve equipment up to 3 months in advance.
Our equipment tutorials will assist you in operating our equipment.
Reserving your equipment: Use our on-line Faculty and Staff request forms to reserve your equipment. When filling in the form, information about the equipment may be seen in the task bar as you tab through the fields. Fill in the form, save it to your computer, close MS Word program, and then send the completed form as an email attachment to: Judy Foster
Please note: The completed request form is not a confirmation of your request. Confirmation of your request will be sent to your email address.
Last minute requests: You may request equipment at anytime. However, requests with less that 3 days prior notice will be handled per staffing and equipment availability.
Reserved equipment: Pick up your reserved equipment at the eLearning Information Commons desk. You will need your "SID" ID number to check out the equipment. If you have not checked out equipment from our department previously, you will be asked to fill out a liability form, which includes your SID number, address, and contact information.
First time use of portable Tablet PCs: Your profile will need to be installed on the computer before you are able to login and use it. Therefore, please allow enough time for this installation to be completed. Estimated time is three minutes. We can provide this service at our Department. Once your profile is on the Tablet PC, you would be able to use the computer for your work or presentation.
