Web Registration

To use Web Registration

1. Complete the admissions process.
2. Have your Student ID Number and a Quarterly PIN ready. (Quarterly PINs are assigned each quarter. Currently-enrolled students should obtain a PIN from their advisor on Educational Planning Day) 

Your Registration Time

As a returning student, you’re assigned a specific “window” of time for registration. To find your registration time:

1. Go to My e-services.
2. Select Check Registration Time.
3. Use inquiry PIN (originally student’s birth date).

Web Registration Hours

• 2 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Friday;
• 2 a.m. Saturday through 2 a.m. Monday.

Web registration is not available after the third day of the quarter (second day during summer quarter).

Web Registration Instructions

You’ll need to indicate the four digit item number for each course you wish to register for. If you are registering for a class that requires prerequisites that you have not met or permission, you will also need an entry code (entry codes are five-digit numbers issued by your advisor or instructor).

If you have this information:

1. Go to My e-services.
2. Select Registration Login.
3. Enter your personal nine-digit Student ID Number.
4. Enter your quarterly PIN.
5. Select quarter.
6. Select Log In.
7. Follow the instructions on the screen.
8. Select the Finish option when you’re done to see important quarterly information.

If you have not selected the classes you wish to register for or do not have the four digit item numbers, use the Searchable Class Schedule to research and select classes. From the Searchable Class Schedule, you can add classes to a “shopping cart” and transfer those classes directly to the registration screen.

1. Go to the Searchable Class Schedule.
2. Search for your desired classes.
3. Click the checkbox next to the courses you wish to save to your Cart.
4. Click Add to Cart before beginning another search.
5. When you have finished adding classes to your cart, click on View/print/register for Classes in Cart.
6. Click on Register to be taken to the login screen for Registration.
7. Enter your personal nine-digit Student ID Number.
8. Enter your quarterly PIN.
9. Click on Register.
10. Follow the instructions on the screen.
11. Select the Finish option when you’re done to see important quarterly information.

Tuition and fees are due in full within two business days of registration after the deferment date has passed.
