Please DO NOT sign up for the automatic payment plan if you have financial aid or coverage by a third party. Your classes will not be dropped.
You must owe a minimum amount of $200 tuition and fees in order to use this automatic payment plan.

Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- MasterCard, Discover, AMEX credit/debit card (VISA is not accepted)
- Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.
Cost to Participate
- $15 enrollment fee per quarter (ACH & credit card)
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment (ACH only)
- $25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan
- Go to My E-Services
- Click Registration Login
- Enter your Student ID (SID) and Quarter PIN to login to Registration
- After Registering for classes click "Finish >>"
- Click the "Pay by FACTS" link on the left side
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enroll in the FACTS Automatic Payment Plan

Summer 2010 - Payment must be made by June 9th.
e-Cashier available on May 17, 2010.
Full payments may be made on e-Cashier from June 10 - 21, 2010.

e-Cashier Availability
Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Tacoma Community
College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have
e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during
registration.
Your balance will NOT be automatically adjusted if financial aid is received or if a class is dropped or added. Please notify the college business office at 253-460-4311 to confirm these changes.
