Automatic Payment Plan

Financial Aid Students

Please DO NOT sign up for the automatic payment plan if you have financial aid or coverage by a third party. Your classes will not be dropped.

You must owe a minimum amount of $200 tuition and fees in order to use this automatic payment plan.

Payment Methods

• Automatic bank payment (ACH)
• Mastercard, Discover, AMEX credit/debit card (VISA is not accepted)
• Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.

Cost to Participate

• $15 enrollment fee per quarter (ACH & credit card)
• $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment (ACH only)
• $25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan

• Go to My E-Services
• Click Registration Login
• Enter your Student ID (SID) and Quarter PIN to login to Registration
• After Registering for classes click "Finish >>"
• Click the "Pay by FACTS" link on the left side
• Follow the on-screen instructions to enroll in the FACTS Automatic Payment Plan

Target Dates to Enroll by

Summer 2009 - Payment must be made by June 10th. If you register after June 10th, you have 2 business days to make payment.

e-Cashier available on May 18, 2009.
Full payments may be made on e-Cashier through June 22, 2009.

Fall 2009 - Payment must be made by Sept. 16th. If you register after Sept. 16th, you have 2 business days to make payment.

e-Cashier available on May 18, 2009.
Full payments may be made on e-Cashier through Sept. 28, 2009.

Note: All down and full payments are processed immediately!

e-Cashier Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Tacoma Community
College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have
e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during
registration.

Your balance will NOT be automatically adjusted if financial aid is received or if a class is dropped or added. Please notify the college business office at 253-460-4311 to confirm these changes.
