Financial Aid Students

Please DO NOT sign up for the automatic payment plan if you have financial aid or coverage by a third party. Your classes will not be dropped.

You must owe a minimum amount of $200 tuition and fees to use this automatic payment plan.

Payment Methods

Automatic bank payment (ACH)
Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit/debit card
Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.

Cost to Participate

$15 enrollment fee per quarter (ACH & credit card)
$2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment (ACH only)
$25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan

Go to My E-Services
Click Registration Login
Enter your Student ID (SID) and Quarter PIN to login to Registration
After Registering for classes click "Finish >>"
Click the "Pay by FACTS" link on the left side
Follow the on-screen instructions to enroll in the FACTS Automatic Payment Plan

e-Cashier available on May 20, 2008, 2007.
Full payments may be made on e-Cashier through June 23, 2008.

e-Cashier Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Tacoma Community
College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have
e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during
registration.

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be
adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or
added. You should review your agreement balance on line
through My FACTS Account or call the Tacoma Community
College Business Office at 253.460.4311 to confirm the
change.
