Description:	Assist in maintaining computers, technology and associated spaces. Answer phones and provide assistance to staff and students as needed. Perform routine computer maintenance and repair, including hardware and software installation, and troubleshooting. Set up, install and move PCs and peripherals. Minimum Qualifications: Clear written and oral communication. Answer phones and take messages. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with agreed upon work schedule. Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with computer troubleshooting. Ability to write technical documents. Able to transport items across campus using a cart. Available between 7:00am and 5:30pm M-F, except when in classes.
