Accepted Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express only
  • Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.

Requirements & Fees

  • Financial Aid Students: Please DO NOT sign up for the automatic payment plan if you have financial aid or coverage by a third party. Your classes will not be dropped.
  • Minimum Balance: You must owe a minimum amount of $200 tuition and fees in order to use this automatic payment plan.
  • Fees to Participate in Automatic Payment:
    - $15 enrollment fee per quarter (ACH & credit card)
    - $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment (ACH only)
    - $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

e-Cashier Availability

  • Availability of e-Cashier is determined by TCC. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.
  • Your balance WILL NOT be automatically adjusted if financial aid is received or if a class is dropped or added. Please notify the college business office at 253.566-5121 to confirm these changes.
  • You may also confirm your account balance online at www.mypaymentplan.com. For additional help, you may also call Nelnet Business Solutions at 800.609.8056.
  • Customer service representatives are available Monday-Thursday, 5:30 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday, 5:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
