Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC)

Prepares students for employment as a nursing assistant under the supervision of professional licensed nurses. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to take the Washington state written and manual skills examination before becoming a Nursing Assistant-Certified.

This class is non-credit and does not qualify for Financial Aid. However funding may be available through the Military or Workforce Central.

  • Tuition: $900 - payable in full at time of registration
  • Textbooks: $70 (approximate)
  • Clinical supplies: $120 (approximate)


  • Students need to be able to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate effectively
  • Proof of CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
  • Provide results of a negative 2 Step Tuberculosis Test
  • Completed Health Clearance Form - provided by TCC
  • Completed Program Requirements and Expectations Form - provided by TCC
  • A Washington State Patrol background check will be completed (included in tuition and non-refundable).
