Need Help Paying for College?

You are not alone. Almost half of all TCC students receive some kind of financial aid or scholarships to help pay for school. Last year, students used more than a combined $7 million in scholarships and grants to pay for their classes at TCC.

A new state law has expanded eligibility for the Washington State Need Grant to low-income, non-citizen students who meet the program’s eligibility requirements and satisfy certain residency requirements. More information is at at readysetgrad.org

Financial Aid regular office hours are:

CLOSURE NOTICE: The TCC Financial Aid office will be closed Thursday, May 31, for classified staff training.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 8 am - noon; closed for processing Friday afternoons

If you have paperwork to drop off you may use the mail slot in our office door in bldg 14.

Like many TCC students, scholarships helped Jewel Melvin attend school and make ends meet. She is a 2011 All Washington Scholar, and is the recipient of TCC Foundation scholarships. Jewel is currently working toward the pre-nursing transfer degree.
