Prepare Materials:

• Test candidates for proctored tests should contact the Certification & Testing Center in advance of the desired test date to provide materials required for the test.
• Proctor fee payment can be made at the Cashier's office in Bldg. 14, or by telephone at 253.566.6084. Proctor fee is $35 for 3 hours, $30 for TAXI Exams, $35 for ATI RN Mobility Vouchers, $30 for Certiport, and $25 for typing tests.

We are not responsible for over-nighting exams.

Monday: 1-7:30 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
