PLST 251 Legal Research And Writing II (3)
Building on the research and writing skills acquired in PLST 151, students prepare a variety of documents including a motion with persuasive brief. Emphasis is placed on indepth research of primary and secondary authorities, validation of research, appropriate formatting, citation of legal sources, and strategies for effective writing.
Prerequisite: PLST 151 with a minimum grade of C.
