ABE 044 ABE Reading and Writing Level 4 (3-10)
Students will take responsibility for learning by using reading strategies to increase comprehension, vocabulary and critical thinking in contextualized readings. Students will write 2-3 paragraph essays using the writing process, logic, organization, and will edit for grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Students will expand career exploration and technology skills.
Prerequisite: Completion of ABE 043 or CASAS score 221-235 or instructor permission and ABE writing sample.
