The TCC Men's Basketball team ran into a very determined Grays Harbor team on Wednesday in Aberdeen. The Chokers who had just beaten Lower Columbia by 13 points on Saturday gave the Titans all they could handle before the Titans put them away 82-71.

The Titans (2-0) (9-4) started slowly trailing by 4 points at half to the Chokers (1-2) (3-9) but, then the Titans defense picked up and held the Chokers to 28.6% field goal shooting in the 2nd half.

The Titans were led by the 23 points of Demetrius Smith. Also, in double figures were Josh Lord with 17, Julian Vaughn with 16 & Darnell Williams with 13. Damani Coley had a huge game Defensively for the Titans with 7 rebounds and 5 blocks all in the 2nd half.

The Titans return to action on Wednesday hosting the Centralia College Blazers.
