The Titans (5-4, 1-0) played at home for the first time this season on Saturday.  The outcome was a 65 -61 victory over Pierce (5-8, 1-1).

TCC controlled the first half and went into halftime up 37- 26.  The titans came out in the second half and built a lead of 18 points behind the guard play of Anngelina Sanchez.  Sanchez had 11 of her 16 points in the first six minutes of the second half. 

Freshman Alexus Grant had a solid performance leading the Titans with 16 points, 12 rebounds and 7 steals. 

Pierce cut the lead to four points following a 4 point play, which included a made 3 pointer and a free throw.

The Lady Titans won their 4th game in a row on the road against the Centralia Trailblazers Wednesday Night 59-58.

Sarah Quantz led the Titans with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Freshman Claire Swayze had 15. The Titans are currently 4th place in the Western Division with an 8-5 league record and 10-11 overall.

Saturday night will see the Titans return to home court to take on the T-Birds of Highline Community College. It should be a good game as Highline is currently in 2nd place in the West.

Come out and watch the Lady Titans vs. Highline at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19th, TCC Gym, Building #21.
