The Titans (5-4, 1-0) played at home for the first time this season on Saturday.  The outcome was a 65 -61 victory over Pierce (5-8, 1-1).

TCC controlled the first half and went into halftime up 37- 26.  The titans came out in the second half and built a lead of 18 points behind the guard play of Anngelina Sanchez.  Sanchez had 11 of her 16 points in the first six minutes of the second half. 

Freshman Alexus Grant had a solid performance leading the Titans with 16 points, 12 rebounds and 7 steals. 

Pierce cut the lead to four points following a 4 point play, which included a made 3 pointer and a free throw.

Sarah QuantzThe Women's Basketball team lost to Clark College 65-77 on Wednesday January 26th.

Sophomore Sara Quantz led the Titans with 23 points, while Claire Swayze added 13. Freshman Oriana Pitts had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

The Titans Women's Basketball team will not play this Saturday due to the South Puget Sound Clippers forfeiting their season due to lack of players. Therefore, this Saturday will be a men's game only beginning at 5:00 p.m. The Lady Titans get back to business against Lower Columbia next Wednesday, February 2nd.

The Titans are 3-4 in league and 5-10 for the season.
