The Titans (5-4, 1-0) played at home for the first time this season on Saturday.  The outcome was a 65 -61 victory over Pierce (5-8, 1-1).

TCC controlled the first half and went into halftime up 37- 26.  The titans came out in the second half and built a lead of 18 points behind the guard play of Anngelina Sanchez.  Sanchez had 11 of her 16 points in the first six minutes of the second half. 

Freshman Alexus Grant had a solid performance leading the Titans with 16 points, 12 rebounds and 7 steals. 

Pierce cut the lead to four points following a 4 point play, which included a made 3 pointer and a free throw.

Lady Titans drop a close one with Highline

The Titans lost to Highline CC on Saturday night 64-67 despite evenly matching the T Birds scoring drive in the second half where both teams scored 33 points.

The Titans were lead in scoring by Sarah Quantz's 25 points and 4 assists. Freshman Oriana Pitts had 19 points and Freshman Claire Swayze rounded out the Titans scoring attack with 14 points of her own. The team is 3-3 in league play and 5-9 overall.

This Wednesday, January 26th the Titans will travel to Vancouver WA to take on Clark College.
