Class Activities
Configured for small group activity and multimedia ready, the Language Center is an ideal location for all foreign language and ESL classes to meet; reservations can be scheduled for weekly visits by calling 253.566.5143.

Self Study Materials and Monitoring
Audio visual language acquisition systems including cassette tapes and players, CD's, DVD's, books, magazines, and newspapers are on reserve. Technical assistance and guidance are also available. At present, resources are limited, but one may still request assistance to study a language of choice.

Computer Assisted Language Learning
Language software and Internet based language study sites are featured learning tools in this specialized facility.

Tutoring and Conversation Groups
Coordinated by the Writing & Tutoring Center, one on one or small group tutoring is availablle to all TCC students; in most instances, native speakers are assigned to work with individuals or groups.

Music Lounge and Special Events
World music and international films are on reserve and available for check out. There will be special events presentations scheduled and upon request.

Artifacts
Cultural artifacts are on display in the Center to create an enhanced visual ambience.
