Medical Transcriptionist

The Medical Transcription Program currently offers two certificate options: Medical Outpatient Transcription (two quarters, 29 credits), and Medical Transcription (one year, 53 credits). Both options prepare students for employment in the highly specialized medical transcription profession. This program is managed by and offered at TCC's Gig Harbor Campus; however, classes may be taken at the Tacoma campus as well. Please make arrangements with the Program Coordinator if you are attending the Tacoma Campus.
