Admission Process

Paralegal Program Admission Process 

  1. Apply to TCC and complete the New Student Orientation.
    If you have questions about the TCC admission process, contact Outreach Services in Bldg. 7 at 253-566-6042.
  2. Complete your prerequisite assessment. (Required for AAS Degree Students Only.)
    Assessment at college-level English and reading is required for all Paralegal courses. For the Associate of Applied Science degree, students are required to take the Math Directed Self-Placement. For the Pro-Certificate, students are required to submit an unofficial transcript to placement@tacomacc.edu.
  3. Register for classes.
    Your academic advisor will help you map out the courses needed to complete the program. The Paralegal program runs on a space-available basis. Each course has a limited number of seats.
