You’ll learn just as much as you would at a four-year college, with a lot less expense and a lot more convenience. Studies show that students who start at a community college do as well as those who started at a four-year college. And since we know you may have plans for getting a bachelor’s degree, TCC specializes in classes that are designed to transfer!

University Transfer Areas of Study

Career Training. In two years or less, you can be ready for immediate employment. TCC has more than 25 professional/technical programs, plus short-term certificate programs in a variety of fields. Whether your interest is law enforcement, health care, or information technology, you can get the education you need at TCC.

Professional/Technical Programs

Small Classes. It’s not uncommon your first or second year at a four-year college to find yourself in a lecture hall with 500 students. At TCC, the average class size is about 20. Here, from day one, you get to know your teachers and classmates and they get to know you. It’s a whole different quality of learning.
