As a University of Puget Sound art professor from 1956- 89, Colby has also made significant contributions to local art education.

“Water and Rocks” includes woodcut prints Colby created in 2013-14.

“The joy of nature is within all of us and in my art work,” said Colby in his artist’s statement. “’Water and Rocks’ has been an evolving theme from 1956 to the present.”

The Gallery is located in Building 4 at the north end of TCC’s Tacoma campus. Access The Gallery from the college’s main 12th Street entrance. Visitor parking is available in Lot G.
